1. Admissions Process – Wisdom Bible University, SA

  1. Prospectus and Enquiries
    The Registrar’s Office shall make available the official University Prospectus and programme information to all prospective students. All enquiries regarding admission shall be directed to the Registrar’s Office.
  2. Application for Admission
    Applicants must complete the prescribed University Application Form and submit it together with the non-refundable application fee. Applications may be submitted electronically via the University’s online portal or in hard copy to the Registrar’s Office.
  3. Supporting Documentation
    Each applicant shall provide compliance with the University’s minimum admission requirements. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
  4. Admission Assessment
    Applications that meet the entry criteria shall be referred to the Admissions Committee for assessment. The Committee shall determine the outcome of each application based on academic merit, spiritual standing, and programme capacity.
  5. Notification of Outcome
    The Registrar’s Office shall issue a formal letter of admission stating one of the following outcomes: Full Admission, Provisional Admission subject to conditions, or Application Unsuccessful. Reasons for unsuccessful applications may be provided upon written request.
  6. Acceptance and Registration
    Successful applicants must return the signed Letter of Acceptance and Code of Conduct within the stipulated period, together with payment of the registration fee. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the admission offer.
  7. Student Enrollment
    Upon registration, the student shall be issued a unique student number and granted access to the University’s Learning Management System. Enrollment into modules shall be confirmed in writing by the Registrar’s Office.
  8. Orientation and Commencement
    All newly admitted students are required to attend the official orientation programme. Academic activities shall commence on the date published in the University Calendar, as issued by the Registrar’s Office.

2. Application Forms – Wisdom Bible University, SA

  1. Prescribed Forms
    The Registrar’s Office shall issue and maintain all official application forms for admission to Wisdom Bible University, SA. Only the prescribed forms, as approved by Senate, shall be accepted for processing.
  2. Form Availability
    Application forms shall be available in both electronic and printed formats. Electronic forms shall be accessible via the University’s official website and online application portal. Printed forms may be obtained from the Registrar’s Office during official business hours.
  3. Completion Requirements
    Applicants must complete all sections of the application form in full. Incomplete forms, forms with false information, or forms submitted without the required supporting documents and application fee will be deemed invalid and returned to the applicant.
  4. Student Identification Number
    Upon successful admission, each student shall be assigned a unique Student Identification Number by the Registrar’s Office. The format shall be: WBU-YY-XNNNN

    WBU = Wisdom Bible University, SA
    YY = Academic year of first enrollment (e.g., 26 for 2026)
    X = Class discipline code: C = Certificate, D = Diploma, B = Bachelor’s, M = Master’s, P = Doctorate
    NNNN = Four-digit sequential number
    Example: WBU-26-C0001 denotes the first Certificate student enrolled in the 2026 academic year.
  5. Submission and Acknowledgement
    Completed application forms must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the published closing date for each intake. The Registrar’s Office shall issue an official acknowledgement of receipt to the applicant within five (5) working days.
  6. Custody of Records
    All submitted application forms and supporting documents shall remain the property of Wisdom Bible University, SA and shall be retained by the Registrar’s Office in accordance with the University’s records management policy.

3. Official Contacts – Wisdom Bible University, SA

  1. Designated Authority
    The Registrar’s Office shall serve as the official point of contact for all matters relating to admissions, registration, academic records, student administration, and IT. The Registrar may serve in a dual function as Senior Registrar/IT Director, with IT Directors reporting to the Registrar’s Office.
