GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

(For All Faculties and Disciplines)

Certificate Programmes

• Completed Application Form.
• National Identity Card or Passport.
• Birth Certificate (where available).
• Basic literacy (ability to read and write in English).
• School leaving certificate or equivalent is recommended but not compulsory for mature applicants.
• Passport-size photograph.
• Payment of the applicable Admission and Administration Fee.

Diploma Programmes

• Completed Application Form.
• National Identity Card or Passport.
• Certificate, O-Level, Grade 12, or equivalent qualification.
• Certified copies of previous academic certificates.
• Passport-size photograph.
• Payment of the applicable Admission and Administration Fee.

Bachelor’s Degree Programmes

• Completed Application Form.
• National Identity Card or Passport.
• Advanced Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification recognised by the University.
• Certified academic transcripts and previous certificates.

MASTER’S DEGREE

• Completed Application Form.
• Recognised Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Certified copies of Degree Certificate and Academic Transcript.
• Valid National ID or Passport.
• Recent passport-size photograph.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• One-page Statement of Purpose.
• Two recommendation letters (Academic, Pastor, or Employer).
• Proof of payment of the prescribed Admission and Administration Fee.

DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY (PhD)

• Completed Application Form.
• Recognised Master’s Degree in the relevant field.
• Certified copies of Master’s Degree Certificate and Academic Transcript.
• Valid National ID or Passport.
• Recent passport-size photograph.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV).
• Research Concept Note or Preliminary Research Proposal.
• One-page Statement of Purpose.
• Two recommendation letters (Academic Supervisor, Pastor, or Employer).
• Proof of payment of the prescribed Admission and Administration Fee.
