Operational Procedures<\/h3>\n

The following procedures shall govern the administration of student grievances and appeals at Wisdom Bible University South Africa (WBU-SA):<\/p>\n

  1. Informal Resolution:<\/strong> Students are encouraged, where appropriate, to resolve concerns informally by discussing the matter with the relevant lecturer, supervisor, Head of Department, Admissions Officer, or administrative office before submitting a formal grievance.<\/li>\n
  2. Submission of a Formal Grievance:<\/strong> Where informal resolution is unsuccessful or inappropriate, the student may submit a written grievance to the Office of the Senior Registrar or the designated University office. The submission should include:\n

    • Full name and student registration number.<\/li>\n
    • Programme and level of study.<\/li>\n
    • A clear statement of the grievance.<\/li>\n
    • Relevant dates and circumstances.<\/li>\n
    • Supporting evidence or documentation.<\/li>\n
    • The outcome or remedy sought.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
